Refund and Return Policy

Damaged/defective products

If you receive damaged or defective products, you may return these products, unused and in their entirety, for a full refund or replacement. Refunds and returns for damaged or defective products must be initiated within 14 days of the products being delivered to the customer. We may ask the customer for pictures or other types of evidence to show that the products are damaged or defective before finalizing the refund.

Other refunds and returns

All sales on are final, and we generally do not accept returns. With that being said, we will do our best to work with you to ensure that you have a pleasant shopping experience with us. If you would like to return a product that is not damaged or defective, please contact us and we will do our best to satisfy your request.

Refund processing

Refunds generally take 5-10 business days to process once the products are returned. Refunds will be made to the customer’s original form of payment.
